This week I’ve been really focusing on my morning ritual (especially consistent prayer and exercise).

If I learned anything last month recording videos every day, it was that consistency is probably the most important productivity habit someone can develop. But it’s also one of the toughest habits to keep.

  1. Very solid morning and evening rituals! Adopting rituals has been one of the best things I’ve done to raise my consciousness and become more productive.

    Here are mine I’ve been using for the last few months:

    Morning:
    Wake Up
    Drink Ice Cold Water
    Listen to Inspiring/Uplifting Music
    Positive Affirmations
    Gratitude Exercise
    Read My Month, Year, and Life Goals Outloud
    Review Plan/Tasks for Day
    Read 1 Chapter or 10 Pages (whichever comes first)
    Exercise
    Breakfast
    Watch an Inspiring/Uplifting YouTube Video

    Evening:
    Listen to Inspiring/Uplifting Music
    Choose Clothes for Next Day
    Journal Entry (Write Down Accomplishments/Magic Moments I Had for the Day)
    Write Down Tasks for Tomorrow
    Read Goals
    Gratitude Exercise
    Pray
